The party, a celebration of the five years ECCO has been helping the community through its thrift store in
Kiowa, counseling, shelter, food, clothing, gas, help with bills and other assistance, was attended by many
Elbert County residents, including Commissioners Schwab and Shipper.
At least 150 people, including 2 Elbert County Commissioners,
attended the Elbert County Coalition for Outreach 5th Birthday
Party Friday afternoon May 27, 2011.
